Alianza Americas Scores Legal Victory In Search for Justice for Venezuelan Asylum Seekers Flown to Martha’s Vineyard

Court Notes Evidence of “Uncivilized, Civil Rights Conspiracy Targeting LatinX Migrants”

Chicago — Alianza Americas has scored an important legal victory in our effort to hold all parties involved accountable for abuses committed against Venezuelan asylum seekers after US Federal Judge Allyson S Burroughs agreed to continue our lawsuit against plane transportation Vertol Systems Inc. US Federal Court in Massachusetts finds credible evidence that transporting migrants to Martha’s Vineyard is an ‘uncivilized, fraudulent, civil-rights conspiracy targeting LatinX immigrants.”

Alianza Americas promises to continue our legal fight on behalf of our highly vulnerable sisters and brothers, who were subjected to severe emotional distress under false pretenses and horribly used as scapegoats for a divisive political circus. We will pursue every and all avenues to win our case and hold fully accountable all parties involved who use power and money to pervert our democracy and our civil rights.

Alianza Americas will leverage this ruling to go after other rogue actors who are masquerading as ICE agents or worse as good samaritans who are trying to help migrants when, in fact, they are filling their pockets with blood money. We will stand strong in our fight for dignity and justice for all migrants who are being dehumanized.
