What you should know about the automatic TPS extension – December 9, 2020

On December 9, 2020, U.S. Citizenship & Immigration Services published in the Federal Register Notice a new nine-month automatic-extension for beneficiaries of Temporary Protected Status (TPS) from El Salvador, Haiti, Honduras, Nicaragua, Nepal, and Sudan. This is the result of compliance with the agreements of the Ramos v. Nielsen and Bhattarai v. Nielsen in Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals. In response, Alianza Americas has created the following tools to support you in your education efforts in the TPS beneficiary community.
