During the workshop, they shared experiences, discussed the importance of challenging stigmas and discovered that empathy and mutual support can make all the difference on the road to recovery.
The most valuable thing about this meeting was that some participants took the important first step of deciding to seek professional help, an act of courage and self-love that can transform lives.
