Every family should have an Emergency Plan to be prepared for adverse situations, whether a natural emergency or immigration detention. This Emergency Preparedness Form, developed by the ACLU, Brooklyn Defender Services and the Immigrant Defense Project, can be an important resource for you and your family in cases of emergency. Be sure to keep this form in a safe place and to only tell the people you trust about its location. Never tell any ICE agents about the location of this form.
