Join us at Alianza Americas as part the We are Home Campaign this national day of action through December 18, the International Migrants Day calling on the incoming Biden administration to follow through on their promises to implement a moratorium on deportations, extend protection to people with DACA and TPS, reverse the harmful Trump policies and regulations, pass legislation to change the harmful ‘96 laws, and fight for legalization for the 11 million members of our communities who deserve to live with dignity and respect.

President-elect Biden’s administration must act and stop all deportations and family separations
The immigration system is fundamentally unjust and must change
President-elect Biden must keep his promises and implement a moratorium to stop all deportations
President-elect Biden must suspend the implementation of all anti-immigrant policies imposed by President Trump
It is urgent that the Biden Administration redesignate TPS for all countries covered and extend protections to Guatemala and other countries
DACA must be strengthened and expanded to protect more people
It is necessary to pass legislation to legalize the 11 million people living in the U.S. without immigration status
We must work to undo the ‘96 laws that criminalize migration
